Yum! I have eaten Firehouse Subs ever since trying it in St. Louis many years ago. Nowadays, they have locations all over the US. This particular location in south Gilbert was great. Very clean, and friendly staff. The food is always decently good for fast food quality-- I love the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sandwich and the Chicken & Dumpling Soup. Not a bad choice for a quick lunch, but it's a bit pricey.
Really, really good subs. Some of the lower reviews are due to slow service which I can confirm but lately, things have turned around. Best subs we have had there: -Turkey Bacon Ranch -Steamer -Hook & Ladder I mostly do mobile ordering and it's seamless to use. You also accrue points quickly which equals free food. Pro-Tip: follow their social media accounts, they are hilarious and will sometimes offer free subs if your name starts with a certain letter, etc. Very fun!
Service is amazing!! Shoutout to Andrew, the manager for taking his time to help with the catering order! The staff were quick and had the order done perfectly like requested. Subs are delicious and convenient to share with a large group! The platters have 5 subs that they cut up. There are standard or deluxe boxes to choose from depending on what type of subs you want. You can call in advance or place online order so that it will be ready for you when you arrive!
